“I love it when a plan comes together!”, this is the catch-phrase I’d use to define the first ever London Node.js Unconference event we co-hosted with our friends from RecWorks last night at our Headquarters.
Some very interesting things are happening in the Node.js ecosystem, so we decided to gather ~30 smart and passionate developers to share, learn and meet others in the community, all while eating pizza and having a beer. Of course, we let them decide the most appealing topics to discuss (it wouldn’t be an Unconference otherwise) and let them loose on the mic. Continue reading
We’re delighted to announce that REX, our kid-safe (COPPA/GDPR-compliant) programmatic solution for the under-13 audience, has been awarded a bronze certificate for the best Breakthrough Technology in Campaign magazine’s Creative Technology Awards 2017.
Last month, we revealed Awesome Content Targeting (ACT), the latest generation of our content analysis engine. It caused a bit of a stir. ACT uses a range of machine learning techniques to build a deep, contextual understanding of the universe of kids content beyond anything that’s been available before.
The technology is complex but the concept is simple: to explain the real power of ACT, here’s a presentation which Chris Williams (our Product Manager for AwesomeAds) gave at our European Upfront presentation a couple of weeks ago.
So, grab a coffee and take a few minutes to look behind the scenes of SuperAwesome’s unique technology:
Today, we’re pleased to announce a powerful new feature for AwesomeAds designed to provide unparalleled safety for brand engagement in the kids’ market: Awesome Content Targeting (ACT).
The need for a dedicated social platform to safely engage with under-13s in a creative, interactive and responsible way (versus a 13+ environment like Snapchat, Facebook etc) has been a major issue for too long. Today we’re fixing that by rolling out the first phase of PopJam PLATFORM>, a safe-social, COPPA-compliant layer for developers and publishers.
Despite almost exponential growth in kids who have Internet access, Silicon Valley has mostly designed products with the assumption that nobody under 13 actually exists. So how do content owners responsibly engage with kids without directing a 9yr-old to a Facebook page?
Today marks a major milestone in the kids digital media industry. We’re extremely pleased to announce the launch of REX, the world’s first kid-safe, COPPA-compliant programmatic exchange.
